STEM EDUCATION FOR LEARNERS OF ALL AGES
I am the founder of Chloe Taylor Technology, a STEM Education consulting company based in New York City. Our company provides educational services for schools, organizations, and brands focused on 21st century learning. Originally from Pittsburgh, I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University, where I developed an interest in innovative teaching practices and creative technology. I am passionate about creating purposeful learning experiences for students of all ages. My work is my life, and my company is focused on making measurable, meaningful learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
US Virgin Islands - Department of Education
(Winter 2019) - Through an island-wide grant for STEAM education, I worked as an education consultant in St. Croix, USVI. The project consisted of thorough program evaluation and alignment to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). In addition, this project included designing, modeling and implementing technology curriculum for a K-12 school through Generation Ready.

NEW-YORK HISTORICAL SOCIETY - DIGITAL LEARNING PROGRAMS
The New-York Historical Society is the oldest museum in New York and home to one of the Nation’s most distinguished research libraries. As a digital learning educator for N-YHS, I have developed and facilitated a 3D scanning, modeling and printing curriculum that integrates digital tools into engaging experiences with the museum’s historical collections.
PS 11 Purvis Behan
I am the 2018-2019 STEM Resident Educator for Kindergarten and First Grade at PS 11 Purvis J Behan Elementary School in Clinton Hill. As STEM Resident, I have created a technology curriculum centered on robotics, early computer science skills and design for young learners. This curriculum was also designed to integrate social and emotional learning and ethics into each unit of study.
GIRLS WHO CODE
Girls Who Code is a nonprofit organization which aims to support and increase the number of women in computer science. I have been a Girls Who Code facilitator for 4 years and I am passionate about this organization and their important work. I am a member of the Volunteer Curriculum Board, media spokesperson and assisted the launch of the inaugural year of the new 'Campus' program in Brooklyn.
Greeneprints Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and running high quality, low-cost youth programming in diverse communities. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of this organization for 6 years, I worked to provide a variety of programs in science inquiry, art and technology. Each child served through the program was given access to meaningful educational experiences, most especially, children from underserved and underrepresented backgrounds. In 2019, I founded CLICK Brooklyn (www.clickbrooklyn.org) to continue this mission through technology focused programs.
The Packer Collegiate Institute
The Packer Collegiate Institute is an independent college preparatory school for students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12, located in Brooklyn Heights. Packer’s educational mission encourages students to, “Think deeply, speak confidently, and act with purpose and heart”. I served as a member of the Packer faculty for 4 years. While there, I was able to take part in professional development that greatly enhanced my teaching practice and philosophy, including the International Study Tour of the Loris Malaguzzi Center in Reggio Emilia, Italy and a certification from the Carnegie Mellon National Robotics Engineering Center. I currently serve the Packer Community as a Packer Plus vendor, for which I have created an after school program for Lower School Students called Techie Tuesday.
